●合理性に乏しい be not very rational [reasonable, practical]; lack [do not make much] sense; be rather illogical.

●それは全く合理性を欠く配置転換と言わざるを得ない. I have to say that that was a completely irrational personnel reshuffle [redeployment of manpower].

・経済的合理性を重視する consider economic rationality important; see it as important that 《a project》 makes economic sense [is economically practicable].
